ONYX Healthcare Inc. Establishment Notice

Dear Valued Medical Partners,

Thank you for your continued support with AAEON medical products and services. To provide dedicated medical solutions and top-tier quality assurance, AAEON is proud to announce the establishment of ONYX Healthcare Inc. (OHI), a professional medical IT & platform provider that is 100% owned and fully supported by AAEON Technologies Inc. The official operation of OHI begins on April 1st, 2010. OHI headquarters is located on the 2nd floor of the AAEON Building in Taiwan.
 
Mission Statement:
  • Provide dedicated R&D resources to enhance the rapid medical IT product development.
  • Provide focused QA management to enhance product quality.
  • Provide enthusiastic marketing resources for extensive sales/product support.
All current projects and existing orders are fully transferred from AAEON to Onyx Healthcare Inc. (OHI) with identical terms and agreements starting April 1st, 2010. To ensure a smooth transition process, OHI has assigned Global RSM, Nicky Lee, to serve and assist throughout any remaining shipments. 
 
For future projects and orders, please place orders directly to the local OHI branches. An OHI Contact List is attached for your reference. Please feel free to contact OHI for further inquiries. Your business is our top priority. Thank you for your kind support.
