AAEON European Partner Conference 2010 Postponement Notice

Dear Valued Partners,
Following an ash cloud from an Icelandic volcano eruption, air authorities have introduced restrictions to European airspace ; those restrictions have caused severe flight delays and uncertainties in travel planning for coming weeks.
In consideration of the safety of our valued partners and uncertainties in coming weeks, AAEON has decided to postpone our Partner Conference in Nice which is originally scheduled on April 28th and 29th;
The European Partner Conference 2010 is now re-scheduled to October 13th, 14th 2010 at the same Hotel in Nice.
The hotel (HOTEL PALAIS DE LA MEDITERRANEE) will refund the entire deposit for all reservations automatically within 10 working days after April 21, 2010 . You do not need to contact the hotel for cancelling your previous reservation.. Also, in order to help you with the new hotel room booking for new conference schedule on Oct 13th, 14th, Hotel Palais will send a new form for you to sign in next few days. In addition, you may re-schedule your flight to Nice with some handling charge instead of cancellation. Your previous registration of this event at AAEON is now transferring to October 13th, 14th automatically;
