The GENE-LN05 adopts the Intel® Atomâ„¢ N450/D510 Processor with Intel® ICH8M chipset.  For the system memory, the GENE-LN05 supports up to 2 GB of DDR2 533/667 memory in its one 200-pin SODIMM socket. For high-speed network transmissions, the GENE-LN05 equips two 10/100/1000Base-TX RJ-45 ports to offer high speed Ethernet communications.  Moreover, the GENE-LN05 deploys seven USB 2.0 ports, six COM ports, one Parallel port, and an 8-bit digital I/O interface.  This rich variety of I/O makes the GENE-LN05 a great embedded solution to expand and connect with required devices.

The GENE-LN05 supports ample storage and interfaces for operating systems through the two SATA2 channels and one Type 2 CompactFlashâ„¢ socket.  In addition, this model equips optional onboard Trusted Platform Module (TPM) to provide high-level security capability for applications that demand locked down systems.  The GENE-LN05 can support +5VDC or +12VDC input to fit various power supply solutions.
